Secondo album dal vivo per i Daft Punk, ottime sono le prestazioni del duo che riescono in un modo o nell'altro ad attirare sempre attenzione verso di loro nonostante il genere suonato non sia facilmente commerciabile. Questo "Alive" ma pił in generale tutti i dischi dei Daft Punk sono consigliati solo a coloro che amano generi quali: techno, house ed electro.
