Dopo il Greatest Hits del 1994 l'ex That That pubblica il suo secondo "the best of" da solista.
In and Out of Consciousness è un doppio CD che come ormai è di moda, va a celebrare i vent'anni di carriera dell'artista, oltre a tantissimi successi il brano include i singoli "Shame" scirtto ed interpretato insieme all'ex Thake That Gary Barlow e "Heart and I" scritto sempre con la collaborazione di Gary Barlow.
Anche se per molti si tratta soprattutto di una operazione commerciale, i fans di Robbie Williams non dovrebbero farsi mancare l'opera.
