Solito calderone che esce puntualmene ogni anno in estate, due cd ad un prezzo più che accessibile, tra i nomi che spiccano nella compilation ci sono: Tiziano Ferro, Fabri Fibra, Gianluca Grignani, Jovanotti e Shaggy. Hot Party Summer 2008 va presa per quello che è, ossia una bella raccolta da ascoltare per un po' di tempo, magari da rispolverare poi tra qualche anno per rievocare l'estate del 2008.
